Change in "drop down" behavior
On the popup login box for web pages that require authentication, there's a little "1P" button next to the username field. Clicking on that button used to bring up a drop down list of all the logins for that domain. After some recent update, that drop down list is now paginated. The first five or six entries are shown, then there's an arrow to get you to the next five or six, etc.
Blech!
Is there anyway to get back the old behavior? I'd much prefer to have all the logins in a single list. If the problem is that some users have more logins than fit on a screen, is there some way for me at least to increase the number of entries on each pane?
Ten would be way better than 5.
Two related issues, assuming I can't have either of the things I want :-)
1. How is the order of entries determined? It seems nearly random, though apparently stable. I'd like to move a few things to the first pane if I have to live with multiple panes.
2. It's really silly to have a "next pane" arrow that points to a pane that contains *a single entry*. Surely in that case putting the one last single entry on the first pane makes more sense than having the arrow point to a second pane!
Blech!

We made recent changes to the HTTP Authorization listing of "available" Logins to hopefully improve things for many customers. There is no way to directly control the listing order I'm afraid, just as there isn't under the 1P button in the toolbar. I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason for putting a single item into a sub-menu of it's own -- I just can' t think of it right now. :) Maybe we can do something about that in the future.Flag 0
