iPad restored from iPhone - can't access anymore

I purchased 1Password Pro for iPad and tried to restore from a backup from iPhone version. Now the master password to access the app I initially setup on the iPad no longer works. Tried the access code from iPhone but that doesn't work either.



So how do get back into the app on my iPad?
