Going From 1Password Ipad to Pro
in iOS
<div class="IPBDescription">Can I keep all my saved data and transfer to iPhone</div>Hello, I have been using 1password iPad , and have built up quite an extensive library. Its becoming nessecary for me to also be able to access these on my iPhone. What I was wondering is if I now purchase the 1Password iPhone OR 1Password Pro will I be able to somehow transfer all of my saved information to the other device, the only information I could find is having to buy the Mac version of the software.
Secondly IF this is possible, is there a process/system by which the 2 version iPad/Iphone will stay in sync ongoing.
Kind regards

Hi rocknrolla1,
Well, first of all you don't need to purchase 1Password Pro as this really doesn't add any extra features beyond including the iPhone version of the app and so you'd save money by purchasing 1Password for iPhone, $5 to be precise.
We do have a way for you transfer your data between the iPad and the iPhone, but it does require a little bit of extra work as the iPhone version features an unlock code that the iPad doesn't. The downside to this is that it's really only intended as a backup and restore solution rather than a full sync. However, if you'd like to give this a try you can find more details in our user guide here:
http://help.agile.ws/1Password_iPad/sync_multiple_devices.html
Of course, the best option is to setup Dropbox syncing between your iPhone and iPad, and while this does need 1Password for Mac in order to set things up you don't need to continue to use the desktop version beyond setting up the sync and our 30-day free trial of 1Password for Mac will let you get everything setup. We've created a complete guide on how to do this here:
http://help.agile.ws/1Password3/cloud_syncing_with_dropbox.html
Hope that makes sense,
