iPhone e-mail account password error

I have both the 1PW for Mac & iPhone. They sync without a problem.

I discovered today that I can not send e-mails from my e-mail accounts (multiple) on my iPhone. The error message is "cannot sen mail ... No password provided for SMTP........com, please go to mail account settings and enter password"

I have re-entered all my e-mail account passwords but the problem persist.



Could it be that on the Mac for the same e-mail accounts I have used the "1PW strong password generator"?



I would appreciate help.

    Welcome to the forums, NormalJoe. I'm sorry you're having this problem.



    Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know what your e-mail password is. If it is saved on your Mac — you do not need to enter it every time you check or send e-mail — you should be able to find it in your OS X keychain (/Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app). Alternatively, you may have to reset your password with your e-mail provider.
