Any way to change my Agile Customer Center Password?
Now that I've got 1Password on my Macs, on my iPhone, and on my Windows boxen (including Boot Camped and Parallels. Love the licensing philosophy you guys have!), I'm finally in the process of converting all my passwords to truly strong, random passwords. But I can't find anywhere on your website to change it, just lets me update my email and physical address.
Couldn't find anywhere else to ask, other than a direct email. I guess that could've worked too <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> But maybe someone else will be wondering the same thing, someday. Forum it is.

Hi Jay,
I'm sorry for the trouble here, at the moment it isn't possible to change your customer center password, although this is something we're looking into for the future.
Sorry about that,

I was just looking for the same thing. I've never been on a site that didn't allow me to change my password after logging in. Also, I have registered software from Agile that is under 3 different email addresses (and therefore 3 different logins and 3 different 1Password entries). Is there a way I can combine all my Agile licenses under 1 account? It's getting confusing figuring which account has which license.Flag 0

Hi Mattdog100,
I guess we never thought about changing the password as a requirement because most users can just use the Help > Customer Center option within 1Password. Of course, we overlooked users who have licenses under multiple e-mails, sorry about that.
The good news is that Roustem recently added the ability to merge records on our customer system, so if you write us at support@agile.ws with the e-mail addresses in question we can update them to a single e-mail and a single customer center login.
Hope that helps,Flag 0 -

Just ran into same problem. When I went to check out the Thanksgiving gifts, I got asked for my email and my password. I forgot my old password, so got a new one sent to me. Went to change it and found I couldn't.
It seems silly that a site whose product is security should send new passwords via email - clear text, and then not have a function to allow users to change them.Flag 0 -
It's not so much a password — though we do use that term — as it is a unique identifier. It is particular to your account. If you have shared your account information with someone else and are concerned that he or she might be accessing your account because of this, please contact us via our support page. We'll get it straightened out for you. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';-)' />Flag 0
