new folders

I have installed and am in the process of setting up 1Password. I think it will be an indispensable tool for me. However, and this is probably something really dumb that i am doing or not, but i can't seem to add new folders. When i click on new folder, nothing happens. I've added a couple of logins using the safari plugin, and in the folder window, i select "new folder". However, that new folder doesn't appear in the left pane of the app.



I am sure there is something very obvious that i am not seeing/doing for proper folder management.

    For those following along at home, don't forget to enable Folders in the sidebar (Preferences > General > Display in Sidebar) and expand the disclosure triangle directly left of the FOLDERS heading in the sidebar.
