Snow Leopard issue
Help. I just upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard and cannot seem to log in to 1Password. I keep getting the following error:
AGDatabaseError
Exception: The encryption keys file does not exist at '/Volumes/PQ1/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/1password.keys'
I do have an iPhone which has been recently synced, and I have a backup database that's recent.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

Welcome to the forums, Christine. I'm sorry you are having this problem.
Please change your master password in 1Password on your Mac (Preferences > Security > Change Master Password). You can change it back immediately if you wish (so you do not have to update it on your iOS device(s) for Dropbox syncing), but that will regenerate the keys file and should resolve the error message.
Please let me know how it turns out!Flag 0 -

Thanks for your post. I actually contacted user support and got help there. I can't even explain what we did, but did get things working again after several tries.Flag 0
