He is a sexy beast! That's for sure. I'll pass along your congratulations. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
I am sure he will appreciate that you noticed. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_bigsmile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-D' />Flag 0 -
Thanks Tayker! I'm down ~120lbs since I left IBM, and about 90 since that Macworld pic. Now I'm trying to add it all back as muscle by hitting the gym but so far the gym has been the one hitting me <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0

I just want to say that Dave did an awesome job, it is one of the toughest jobs that a person can do for themselves.
While nobody here have seen my "previous" pic, I have lost 120LB as well over the past few years and man, I feel proud doing it. Like Dave, I still got more to go. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0 -

Good job Mike! Feels great, doesn't it?
I still cannot picture you w/ 120+ extra weight. OTOH, I can no longer picture myself that way, either <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
I've heard rumours you'll feel even better by adding some lean muscle mass. I haven't been able to prove this yet but will report back with success soon <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0 -

You should update your forum profile pic, man. Congratulations! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I have been back and forth for most of my life, gaining weight and then trying to lose it. I love food, but of course I hated exercise, so it was really a struggle. My girlfriend bought Wii Fit for me when it first came out, and it really struck a chord. Something about beating my "scores" in the variety of different exercises and activities totally clicked for me, and I've been doing it ever since. The weight loss is great, of course, but actually getting in shape and being healthier is the real payoff for me -- and I have fun while doing it! Between Wii Fit and Audible, I actually look forward to exercising most days! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
The last few months I've started using Lose It! on my iPhone and using their website to better manage my diet as well. I only wish I had found something like this two years ago!
I'd love to hear more about everyone elses experiences. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0
