Trying to save login on micoach.com is buggy

I am a recent convert from PasswordSafe -> Keepass and now 1Password. What wonderful software you have put together. In the interest of making it even better please investigate the way it works (or doesn't work) with micoach.com. I tried to save login and get only a empty username and password saved. Safari on Mac works less than Firefox on Mac.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, andrewraphael. I'm sorry you are having this problem.

I don't see a login on http://www.adidas.com/us/micoach/ but I do not have Flash installed and there is a message on the page that Flash needs to be installed. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_sadsmile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-(' />

Unfortunately, 1Password is unable to save and restore logins for sites that use Adobe Flash. As far as we know, no browser password manager anywhere supports Flash-based sites because it is a proprietary solution and does not interface with the browser much at all. In fact, we worked with a Flash consultant and after reviewing the latest APIs provided by Adobe we found it is still not possible unless websites modify their code to allow it.

Most websites realize the problems with using Flash and provide a standard HTML login page as well. If you search around on their site or contact their support, you will likely find a normal login page that will work correctly. If you cannot find one, the only workaround is to save the username and password in 1Password and copy and paste it whenever you need to log into the site.

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but I hope that clarifies the situation a bit.
