Help links open in Safari, disregarding default browser.

<div class="IPBDescription">Help -> 1Password Help opens in Safari.</div>I use a WebKit nightly as my default browser. All links from within the 1Password application open as expected, except Help->1Password Help and any of the purple (?) buttons.

I've tested this with other default browsers (Firefox, Chrome) and all behave as expected everywhere except on for help links.

    Welcome to the forums, reidab!

For whatever reason, the developers chose to always activate Safari for the built-in help. This has come up before, and it remains this way still to this day. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. I'll see what I can dig up on this, but I think this is one of those "you had to be there" moments that is best left alone. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

It was done a long time ago, but as I remember we had complaints on the side of things that the Help was not opening at all. I think the issue was some users had a misconfiguration with their .html file associations. We decided to force Safari to keep things simple.
