Knox license
Is Knox a single user license or a single machine license? Just wondering.
Also, it'd be cool if the licenses were posted somewhere, and also displayed during installation. (And I suppose that could apply to all of Agile's stuff as well.) There is a license page at https://agilewebsolutions.com/home/licenses but it doesn't actually mention the license terms, nor does it mention Knox.
Don't mind me, it's just that lack of publicly posted and easy to find licensing terms is a pet peeve of mine. :-)

I would say that things are going to come into line in the future its just the newness of folding Knox into agile.
Thanks for taking the time to mention it. License terms are a pet peeve of mine as well. I hate when they are not displayed in a faq or better yet on the product page.Flag 0 -
While we are on the subject I would love to see my knox license added to the customer care center,
Now, I don't really need it...... there is this cool app for keeping license keys, and it uses Dropbox to keep copies on line and on my other macs. :smile:Flag 0 -

LOL, good recovery Tommy! ;)
Seriously though, we are working on getting everything added. We've gotten most of the license info where we can look it up now. I haven't heard for sure, but I think you'll be able to access the Knox license just like your other Agile licenses.Flag 0 -

Hi, thanks for posting. We are working out the kinks, since this is all new to us as well. Hang in there, and hopefully we'll get all this taken care of in short order. Regarding your license, it's licensed to you, just like your 1Password license. You can use it on all your computers with the single license. Hope that helps. Let us know if we can help with anything else.Flag 0 -

No additional help needed for me as those were the license terms I was hoping for. I just went and bought it.
Thanks!Flag 0 -

Super! We have what we think are very reasonable licensing terms and we have no plans of changing them.Flag 0 -
Mcpug, I went to http://agile.ws/support however there is NO Support for, "Knox" . Since I have purchased this program, I would like to learn how to work the features and possibly get support - any thoughts?
Thanks
You're in the right place! Just post a new thread with your question, suggestion or concern and we (Agile and our ever helpful customers) will do what we can to give you assistance. As Cindy (macpug) indicated we're working to include Knox into the rest of our web site structure and our Support page should be one of them.Flag 0
