Will Knox work with SuperDuper!?

I use SuperDuper! to keep a full bootable backup of my MBP on a USB drive. Is it possible to use Knox to encrypt the entire backup drive and still use the incremental Smart Backup feature?

Yes, the data is the same. Once you open the vault, Superduper interact with that specific data inside the vault, not the actual vault itself.

Thanks for your response. That makes sense, however "Once you open the vault" is another concern. Is it possible to boot off of the encrypted drive? Once the drive is selected on boot, is there enough in the firmware to read the drive and prompt for the password?

No it isn't possible to boot off it. You need OS X to be able to open the image. The entire drive itself is just one single image file, not really a partition or a drive volume.
