Unlock Code Not Working

<div class="IPBDescription">How to recover access</div>The unlock code for 1P on my iPod Touch [2G] no longer works. The only change of late is that I've added an unlock code to the Touch itself, but I didn't alter the 1P code which hasn't changed. How do I recover?
