Error message when importing from Roboform

When I try to import my passcards from Roboform, I get this message: Exception: 1Password must be unlocked. Failed to save the object [Imported/2392E1EEC8454488BAE7214AD9216570].



How can I fix this? I have LOTS of passcards with Roboform, and not being able to import them may make my decision about whether to use 1password.

    Could you please email us your Diagnostics Report? This will help us track down the issue more quickly. You can generate the report from 1Password on your Mac by clicking the Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report... menu item and then attach the report to an email to support@agile.ws.
