Here is a link to an email I received from SF today about a possible password breach, no evidence has indicated it was successful but they are resetting all passwords.

Luckily most if not all of us should be using a great password app that generates random passwords for each site.
ps I never click links in emails so I just posted a screen shot here, I always go to the site using go and fill and if it then tells me I need to reset I do so.
