Smart Folder - Password Strength

When you create a Smart Folder to identify weak passwords you are required to insert a numeric value. What is the scale used & what number would represent a weak password?

    1-10 Terrible

    11-20 Weak

    21-40 Fair

    41-60 Good

    61-90 Excellent

    91-100 Fantastic

The number correspond to the password strength column in the Traditional layout (View > Layout > Traditional).

I have just downloaded the latest update for 1Password for Mac Version 3.5.4 (build 30852). A new feature is to be able to set up a smart folder that searches on Password Strength - but the search wants to know the password strength as a number. Where do I find this number? e.g. If I want to find all the passwords less than HIGH - what number I should enter in the last search field?
