<div class="IPBDescription">failed to download remote encryption keys</div>I have 1password sync working with dropbox between 2 macs.

I am UNABLE to make it work on my iPhone and iPad.

The error I get is:



"failed to download remote encryption keys"



I have read the long threads and historical stuff and dont see a clear resolution. Many folks just keep on complaining.

I am running all the latest versions of s/w.

I am entering the master password as used on my iOS app for sync setup.

The process begins, then immediately gives the error stated above.

Please try changing your master password in 1Password for Mac, rebuild your data file (Help > Troubleshooting > Rebuild Data File…), and then reset Dropbox syncing on your iOS device(s) (Settings > Sync > Dropbox > Account > Reset). Each step is important.



Please let me know how it turns out.

Are you getting any additional details in the error message?



I was sure that I added extra information in version 3.5.5 to see where the error is coming from.
