Need Suggested Workflow to add pdf from Safari to Knox

I am looking for suggested workflows to add pdf images of receipts from purchases made on web (via Safari) to Knox.

I would prefer to have only one copy of the receipt saved to hard disk.

Any suggestions on mod to "Save to Web Receipts" item on print menu?

Hi apenberrys, and welcome to the forums!

That's an interesting question, and it piqued my interest since I have been saving web pages as web archives for whatever reason. I guess I hadn't ever thought about Print > Save as PDF.

There appear to be a couple options. If you are not a very technical user, you may wish to simply use "Save as PDF" and choose a location within your Knox vault. If you have Default Folder X, you can make that a little more automated by making that place the default save folder for Safari.

If you'd like to get a little more technical and automated, see this post. I cannot guarantee that it works since I haven't tried it, but it looks right.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.

This is the one I used for a print to my DB Printer folder I have only used it once in the last few days since adding it but it works. You may be able to tweak it to suit your needs.
