activating Licence problems

trying to activate purchased licence for 1password..





the result is "Error prsing response from server during license activation"

I'm Doing something in a Wrong way?

    Please make sure you're using the latest version of 1Password for Windows, and then try choosing [b]Help[/b] > [b]Enter License Key[/b] again.
