Auto unmount at sleep

Hi guys,

I just bought Knox on Sunday after trialling it a few days and I love it.

One feature suggestion I have is: would it be possible to make a setting in preferences which would allow all open vaults to auto unmount whenever the mac goes to sleep?

I know that the mac is password protected upon waking up, but what if one disables that one day and forgets to reinstate it, for example?

thanks

Daniel

I will pass this along to the developers. My guess is that OS X account protection will continue to be seen as sufficient. However, it has one fatal flaw: it must be enabled in order to work. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

    Thanks Khad.

Wouldn't it be cool if Knox also made a nice locking sound like 1Password does when you sleep your computer? Maybe not the exact same sound, so as to avoid confusion, but something along those lines.

    Please suggest it too.

Has there been any progress on this? Right now I use other methods to eject encrypted dmgs, but I'm really looking for a solution that will autoeject dmgs when the computer is put to sleep and/or wakes up. I've had to set up a government agency with an alternative, very expensive solution because of this issue. You want to make some money? Do this. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

    We will certainly take this under advisement. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Thanks for letting us know you would like to see this as well. I cannot comment on future features, but I will pass your vote along to the developers.
