Are Licences Upgradeable?

I have purchased a single-user licence for 1Password, but now I find that I want to make the software available to someone else in my household, and I would like to get a Family licence.



Must I now buy another separate single-user licence, or is there a way to upgrade from single-user licence to family one?



(As I only bought the single licence on 17th January, I suppose that, in theory, I could exercise the money-back-guarantee for that and then buy a family licence, but it doesn't seem quite ethical...)
