Steganos Password Manager to 1Password
<div class="IPBDescription">Anybody know how to convert the password file?</div>Hi,
Just saw the light and bought a Mac Book Pro yesterday. I am currently using a windows password manager from Steganos. Does anybody have a clue how I could go about "exporting/importing" my existing passwords? A search for "steganos" on this forum turned up "Zip".
Thanks in advance
Dave

If Steganos Password Manager can export to a delimited text file (a CSV file, for example) then 1Password can import it.Flag 0 -
To expand on Stefan's reply a little bit, we've got a document in our user guide that talks about how to use the import feature within 1Password for Windows and you can find this here:
http://help.agile.ws/1Password_Windows/import-data.html
*EDIT*
I just noticed you said that you'd bought a MacBook Pro (welcome to the light side of computing) and so I'm guessing you may be using 1Password for Mac instead of Windows. The good news is that the same import option is available by going to File > Import and selecting 'CSV or Delimited Text' from the 'Import Format' drop-down menu as detailed here:
http://help.agile.ws/1Password3/import_passwords.html
*EDIT*
Hope that helps,Flag 0
