Error parsing response ...

I have installed 1Password on my work computer, running Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit, but cannot register it. After getting the proxy errors others reported, I downloaded the latest version, but now when I enter my license number, 1Password returns an error that says "Error parsing response from server during license activation."



Any suggestions?

Be sure to set up the proxy information on the Network tab of 1Password preferences, too.

I'm having the same problem from my Windows XP machine. I've got 1Password working and synced via Dropbox on my home Mac, my Macbook, my iPhone, and my iPad. Now all I need is to get it to work at...um...work, and I'll be set.



For my proxy settings, I am required to use a URL for automatic proxy configuration. That has never been an issue before, so I have no reason to believe the proxy settings are the issue.



EDIT: That is to say I've already configured my proxy settings.

Hello I am experiencing this issue as well. I am running Windows Vista Business. When i try to enter my licence key i get the error:



"Error parsing response from server during license activation"



When i click okay to this message IE pops up a window which seems to load a response object.
