Websites with TWO security questions?

I've just downloaded the trial version of 1Password, and I'm quite impressed now that I'm getting the hang of it. I've encountered a potential issue though, and I can't work out how to fix it. I want to log in to a web site that has two security questions:

https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/login/login.aspx

The fields in question are 'Mother's Maiden Name' and 'Password'

I've been able to get it to accept one or the other, but not to enter both at the same time <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

Dave.

Hi Digitaldave, welcome to the forums.

I was able to get 1Password to fill in all fields on the page. Please try filling those details again and then have 1Password manually save it:

    1. Enter your details into all the fields but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and choose Save Login.

    3. Set the Action field to Create New Login (or to Replace <login-name>, to update an existing Login item).

    4. Click the Save button.

If that didn’t work, I attached a clean 1PIF file that you can import into 1Password to have it work in Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Open 1Password, go to File > Import and select 1Password Interchange Format as the import source.

I hope that helps, please let me know.
  • Mike,

Thanks very much for the reply. I used the manual save technique, and it seems to be working OK.

    Regards,

    Dave.
