Ctrl + \ (or using the 1P toolbar item) seems to work with the 1P plugin for Chrome, but not IE

    Do you have a Login saved for the site?



    I don't have an IronMountain account, but I went to that URL (in Firefox, which happens to be my default browser in Windows), typed in fake address and password values, submitted the form, and accepted 1Password's automatic offer to save a Login.



    Then I went back to the same URL in Internet Explorer and pressed Ctrl+\: [i]http://screencast.com/t/FHoCZ7gM7L[/i]



    So, I'm not able to reproduce the problem.



    Let us know if I've misunderstood...
