Can't Import from Mac Keychain

Just downloaded the trial of 1Password on an installation of 10.6. I'm attempting to import my passwords from the OSX keychain, however, the import window just sits on "Please wait while passwords are imported from the browser" without any progress. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Welcome to the forums, it's great to have you with us, I'm just sorry your first post isn't under happier circumstances.



    Can you make sure that you have Safari open and check that the authorisation prompts aren't hidden behind other windows, which can often be the cause of the problems.

    Thanks for the feedback. Winds up I just didn't have the Safari plugin installed correctly. Works perfectly now. Thanks.

    For others coming across this thread in the future, we recommend closing all tabs and windows in the browser from which you are attempting to import. There have been reports of import-relates issues with multiple windows and tabs open in Safari/Firefox/etc.
