Upgrade 1Password for iPhone/iPad to 1Password Pro

Hello



I have 1Password for iPhone (being used on an ipod) and 1Password for my desktop. I want to upgrade to 1Password Pro. Do I have to repurchase the App at the full price or is there a cheaper upgrade route. I cannot find reference to such a route so suspect that is going to be my answer!

Thanks for asking!



Unfortunately, since the iTunes App Store is a separate entity controlled by Apple, we can't control how applications are sold. If we could offer upgrades or bundles or discounts, we'd love to explore those options, but sadly, we can't do that at this time. We're sorry that we can't be more flexible regarding iOS app sales.



That being said, 1Password Pro is literally just the combination of our two device-specific apps: 1Password for iPhone and 1Password for iPad. If you already own one of those apps, you can save yourself some money and just purchase the other app.



1Password for iPhone + 1Password for iPad = 1Password Pro



Owning both 1Password for iPhone and 1Password for iPad is identical in every way to owning 1Password Pro. There is not a single line of code added to the Pro version. So, if you don't have an iPad, save your money!

Thanks for your usual honest, open and prompt reply. Either way the apps are not mega bucks and well worth any cost involved. Having said that, you have saved me unnecessary additional expense by explaining to me that I don't need anything extra until I get an iPad.

Today, i have only an IPhone 4 with 1Password for IPhone. I wish buy a new IPAD 2. Is it possible to upgrade to 1Password Pro without paying two time? just pay the difference.

I'm using 1Password for quite sometime on my iPhone. Now if I get an iPad, I can run the same app as pixel-double but is there an option to upgrade the app to PRO version or do I've to shell out $15 to buy the Pro version? It would be nice if I can upgrade to Pro by just paying $4.99 or so
