New version of 1password

Hi



I'm considering to to buy 1password, but i don't want to buy it if a new version is out next month or something like that. Does any of you know when version 2 of 1password is due?

    Hi ebp, welcome to the forums!



    Please do not worry about version 2, 1Password for Windows 1 just came out a few months ago and we don't plan to release 1Password 2 for Windows for a while. Even if we do plan to release 1Password 2 for Windows, we would announce it first to the public and we try to be fair to everybody about this with the upgrade pricing information as soon as the new version is announced. In the past, when we announced 1Password 3 for Mac, we offered free upgrades to anybody who purchased 1Password 2 on the same day that it was announced.



    To answer your question specifically, we do not have a timeframe on 1Password 2 for Windows.
