    Hi sharonvillines,



    I'm sorry to hear that, are you trying to sync with 1Password on the iPhone or iPad? If so, there's two options on how to do this, either using the free and secure Dropbox service or by syncing via Wi-Fi on your local network.

    Please do make sure you're running the latest version of 1Password for Mac by going to 1Password > Check for Updates from within the main application.
