How to transfer 1Password from dying Macbook to new one

So, I am not techny at all. My Macbook is on its last legs and I have 1Password on it. I am going to move my stuff to a new Macbook and am worried that I will lose all my old passwords. So, how do I avoid that? Sounds dumb to many I am sure, but I want to be sure I don't screw up....

Thanks

    Welcome to the forums, QuireQween4!

The easiest way may be to set up Dropbox syncing on your existing Mac and then install Dropbox before you install 1Password on your new Mac, and 1Password will automatically detect your data in the Dropbox folder. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Of course, you can also transfer your data manually from one Mac to another, but Dropbox has the added benefit of automatic, secure offsite backup. If your Mac is ever lost or stolen, you will still have access to all your 1Password data via Dropbox.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.

    Cheers,
