Linking items together?

<div class="IPBDescription">Grouping with folders/tags</div>We're an advertising firm and have many clients whose websites and other digital presences we take care of and create. We have a database in Access that we have been using forever to keep track of all their information (ISP, Database logins, server logins, etc.) and while I can see that I can put those in separately in 1Password, I had an idea.

I'm sure you can't do this, but it would be great to create, say an identity or something to represent the client, then be able to attach servers, e-mail, databases, etc. together to follow them easily.

Again, I'm pretty sure this can't be done currently, but I had seen Domain Brain and it was very close, but I wanted something that both OSX and Windows can look at with some security.

    Welcome to the forums, stephmoreland!

This is an interesting suggestion. Have you tried using folders and/or tags to group items by client?

    Hi,

To be honest, I didn't know I could do that. So under the "Folders", I could create a client and then attach all the items that pertain to that client? That's not a bad idea, thanks.

I've tagged items with "client" names but may switch to using folders until tags are synched with the iPhone app.
