Hi Coleen,
Sorry to hear about your issues, honestly I am also very confused with the info you've provided.
1Password for Android doesn't have a beta mode and there is absolutely no need to register.
The application is free to use (of course, you need to have a 1Password data file with your secure data available).
1Password for Android currently doesn't let you edit your secure data on the phone: you can do it on your computer and next synchronize your phone with your computer and see your
private data on the phone).
If you have any questions about 1Password for Mac/PC, I suggest you to send a message to Agile support team, our customer representatives will be glad to answer all your questions
and provide a detailed information.
If you give me more information on the issues you are experiencing with 1Password for Android, I will assist you further.
Thank you and best regards,
Gene

I am confused. I can't enter any more logins until I purchase a liscense to register. Says I am in demo mode. Thought this was free? Beta for Android. Coleen
Also, I think maybe I am too elementary for 1Password!

OK. I am confused. I have a Samsung Mesmerize android phone. When I go to the Market from my phone this is what is says: "Web from autologin feature and application autolock are introduced in 1Password for Android version Beta 1.6.6 together with improving search capabilies." Then below that it shows (with nothing to click on) version beta #1.7.0.3
Now on my computer it always tells me "You're running 1Password in demo mode. When you register your copy of 1Password this screen will not appear. Please purchase a license to register 1Password and remove this screen. If you have already purchased a licsense, thank you. Please click Enter License Key to enter it now."
I have 4 choices: Enter License, I Lost My License, Order Now, Order Later. I always press "Order Later" and can then get into the program after I enter mhy password. But cannot enter any more logins than 20 because it says I am in demo mode.
Today I was asked if I wanted to download and install version 1.0.5.177 and on of the changes I see is "does not enforce 20 item limit when 1Password is in 30 day trial mode"
So I'm confused. It clearly says "beta" on my phone in the app store. On my computer it tells me I need to purchase a license and I need to register, which you are telling me none of these are true.
My computer is running on Windows IE 9.
Also, I have 20 entries in 1Password on my computer and only 14 on my phone. I will try and figure out how to sync my phone to my computer for 1Password.Flag 0 -
Hi coleen,
Thank you for the information, now it is somewhat clearer to me.
First of all, I'd like to assure you that the Beta version of 1Password for Android is absolutely free for you to use in conjunction with 1Password application installed on your PC or Mac. 1Password for Windows is another story, there is a beta version which you can use for a while. Later on, if you like the application and want to use it further, you need to purchase a license and register it.
If you have more information on purchasing options and registration for 1Password for Windows, I suggest you to forward your questions to Agile customer support team or post on 1Password for Windows forum, our dedicated customer support team members will be glad to assist you.
I just wanted to add that once you have 1Password for Windows installed on your computer and place 1Password data file inside of Dropbox, you will be able to synchronize your Android phone with your computer and see all your private data on your phone.
Please let me know if you need more info.
Best regards,
Gene
