Hey, wiseray,

Welcome to the forums! I am sorry that you are having this problem. I hope you don't mind, but I trimmed your post a bit. Don't worry, I saved the crash logs so the staff can check them out. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Just giving the logs the once over, it looks like your copy of 1Password is up to date, but I am concerned that your Mac OS X and Safari need to be updated. That may not be relevant to the issue you are having, but it's certainly worth a look; and keeping them current will allow you to benefit from the most recent security and stability fixes as well.

Once you have updated them, it may be worthwhile to do a fresh install of 1Password after dragging the application to the trash (don't worry, your settings and data are stored separately.) Likewise, it may be useful to reinstall the browser extensions as well.

First, go ahead and launch Chrome (if it isn't already running.) We will have to uninstall its extension separately from the rest. Go to Window > Extensions, and click on the Uninstall link for 1Password.

Next, close all running web browsers (including Chrome), and in 1Password go to Preferences > Browsers, and under Advanced uncheck any browser extensions that are selected.

Then, click the checkboxes to reinstall the extensions for the browsers you use. While you are in 1Password, click on the Help menu and go to Troubleshooting > Clear Cache. This will force 1Password to reload your data file.

Now, return to Preferences > Browsers, and click the "Install Google Chrome Extension" button. This will relaunch Chrome and reinstall the 1Password extension -- just follow the prompts.

Finally, launch your browsers and verify that the 1Password extensions are working properly.
I will share this with the rest of the team. Hopefully, the above solution is helpful.

In the mean time, could you give us a bit more information about what you were doing when you experienced these crashes? It would be great to know if there seems to be a predictable pattern, or if these appear to be intermittent, "random" occurrences.

Please let us know how this turns out, and don't be shy if you have questions about anything else. Thanks for using 1Password! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
