Transferring info from iPad to iPhone

Hello,

I'm relatively new to the 1password/dropbox process and have the apps for both (and software on my desktop) and I've tried to disable/enable Dropbox syncing and no matter what I'm trying, my phone tells me that Automatic Sync is disabled, and I'm not sure what I need to do to enable Automatic syncing. Any suggestions?

I should note additionally that I've created a Dropbox account and am using the 1password Pro app.

Thanks for the extra info, reefa, and I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing some trouble getting Dropbox syncing up and running.

The first part of a successful Dropbox sync is to ensure that your 1Password data file from the desktop version is being stored on Dropbox by following our setup guides here:

    http://help.agile.ws/1Password3/configure_dropbox_on_mac.html (Mac)

    http://help.agile.ws/1Password_Windows/tutorials.html#setting_up_dropbox_sync (Windows)

Once that's done, and Dropbox has finished syncing, you can then go to Settings > Sync > Dropbox within 1Password on your iPhone and iPad and setup Dropbox syncing as shown here:

    http://help.agile.ws/1Password3/cloud_syncing_with_dropbox.html

If you already had part of this process completed on the iPhone or iPad, please tap the 'Account' label and then tap 'Reset' to start over.

That should get everything up and running for you.

    Hi Stu,

As a follow up, I uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my iPad and I think I'm cooking with grease now.

Well that's good to hear, reefa <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' /> I'm not sure why it took a reinstall of the iPad app to get things up and running though.
