copy paste

I understand the Android app is read-only, but will there soon be a way to copy passwords? The only reason I need the Android app is to access my login for the Chase mobile app. The dropbox syncs work great, but I was hoping to keep my long, random password and just copy it to the clipboard from 1password when I need to log in using the Chase mobile app.

    Hi adiallo,

First of all, thank you for your interest in 1Password for Android.

Of course, if you long-click on any item's property (for ex password), you will see a message "Selection was copied to Clipboard" message and a phone will vibrate.

Since ver 1.7.0.4 the feature is available for Secure Notes as well.

Notice that when the application exists the Clipboard is cleared in order to prevent unwanted access.

Please let me know if you need more info.

    Best regards,

    Gene
