When I click file link nothing happens. What is the problem and how do I fix it. My window dropbox and 1password work well between two computers. Should I reinstall on ipad and iphone? Need help

I'm sorry for the confusion here, it sounds like you're trying to access the 1Password.html file from within your 1Password.agilekeychain file using the Dropbox app on your iPad and iPhone. Unfortunately, this won't work as 1PasswordAnywhere is not compatible with mobile browsers like the one includes with Dropbox.



Instead, you need to have the 1Password iOS app installed and then use this to sync with your data file on Dropbox by following our setup guide here:
