Plesk form filling trouble
<div class="IPBDescription">Not entering login</div>I upgraded my iPad to 3.5.8 yesterday and noted that when I went to log into the Plesk login on my server iPassword did not enter the credentials as it normally does. This is annoying as it's something I use many times a day.
So this morning I tried on my iPhone which was at the previous version, it worked fine. I then updated my iPhone to v3.5.8 and it stopped inserting the login as well. This is clearly a problem with this version.

Hi active1,
I'm sorry for the trouble here, we have had a few reports of this happening, however we don't seem to be able to reproduce the same sort of issues that are being reported in our own testing, all of our logins seem to work without issues with the latest 3.5.8 builds of 1Password on both the iPad and iPhone.
One thing that we could suggest is to check the URL you have saved for your Plesk login, does it exactly match the Plesk login page on your server, or just the server's URL? If it's not an exact match, could you try changing it to be the exact URL of the login page and then try filling your details again.
Please do let me know how it turns out,

I have added on the login.php3 to the URL, but it has made no difference
I think I need to delete and go back to the previous version.

I have now reverted back to the previous version and this has resolved the problem.
I think you have a bug with this new version.

I am sorry for the trouble, active1. We are definitely looking into it. Hopefully we can get this fixed. The only(?) bad thing about the App Store is waiting for an update to be approved. Thanks for your patience.Flag 0 -

You’re welcome.
Is your Plesk site accessible to anybody or is it behind a NAT? We’d like to test it further if we could access it.
Please let me know, thanks!

Send me an email address and I will sort an account out for you to login to the server via Plesk.Flag 0 -

I can confirm that this is not working and we will try to resolve this issue with Plesk logins in a future update. Thank you for providing that URL. It will allow us to work directly with the code from the page in question.

No problem.
Do you need the account to still be available?Flag 0 -
If you don't mind keeping it available. I think Dave was actually working on this, and I don't want to pull the rug out from underneath him if he needs it. I don't know for sure, but from our end it couldn't hurt.
Please shoot us an email if we are taking too long and you just want to delete the account. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Thank you again for creating this account for us Peter, it was very helpful.
If you don't mind leaving this account for a few more weeks, that would be great. I made some improvements (specifically to the Chrome extension) for Plesk logins and while I made it better, I have more work to do. It is a fairly difficult/involved fix so I'd be very appreciative if you could keep this account active for a while.Flag 0 -
