<div class="IPBDescription">please include more options</div>Guys,

I have been really active asking for the archive folder but tonight realized I had it all along.

Huh you say all I need to do is create a archive tag add it to all old items and poof done, then create a new saved search which doesnt have the tag archive in it.

Problem is I dont have that option almost all of the other items in the search fields have begin with, end with, contain etc. The only one that only has the "contains item" and no opposite is tags.

Can we change this so I can truly have a archive folder. I realize this could be done the other way around but then I wouldn't be able to suggest it here <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

For the time being I am going to go the hard route and tag all stuff I still use...... the archive item is much easier to implement.

I can leave the vaults section compressed and only work out of my saved search section.

Its been a long day here so I hope this makes sense to all of you. I am fading off as well...

    Hey Tommy,

Not a bad idea. Have you tried using the "None of the following are true" search criteria?

PRO TIP: You can also nest search criteria by holding down the Option key and clicking on the … button (which the + button becomes when you hold down the Option key). <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Let me know if that helps.
