I used to be able to use a key combination to fill logins -- but it no longer works after updates (shft/cmd1).

    Sorry for the trouble. If I remember correctly, the problem is that the shortcut conflicts with Safari's "Top Sites" keyboard shortcut, which takes precedence. This is something that we will need to resolve in the future.
