Many phone number fields are not auto-filled by identities

I noticed that there are many phone number fields that are normally filled perfectly fine by say Roboform but with 1Password it does not work. I would say maybe 2 out of every 10 forms I fill the phone number works. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but could any one chime in?

    Welcome to the forums, Nocturnal. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.



    With trillions of websites out there that are all coded differently, it is very difficult to get 1Password to fill in data on all of them perfectly. With that said, we're excited to tackle this very difficult problem, and form filling is something that we are constantly working to improve. Future updates of 1Password will increase the accuracy of the form filler for both credit cards and identities.



    We have made great strides in 1Password's form filling in our newer Chrome extension. If you are not averse to trying Chrome, you might find the most positive results in the extension in which our latest form filling code exists. We eventually plan to port the Chrome extension code to Safari and Firefox, but I do not have a time frame for a specific release at the moment.



    If you have a URL to share, I would love to take a look at it. Perhaps we can resolve the issue with an update.
