Syncing same and different logins to iphone and ipad

I got an iPad. There are logins I want to sync to the iPad and iPhone, some are the same and some are different. I created a folder for each device, but I can only put a login in one of the folders. How can I sync the same login to each device without creating duplicate entries. Perhaps create a 3rd folder, and sync that folder to each device.

Thanks,

Dave

    Hey Dave,

At the moment 1Password for iPad doesn't support folders, and I just want to be clear on what it is you are trying to accomplish. You only want a small subset of your 1Password data on each of your iOS devices. Is that correct? And there is some overlap between the logins you wish to have on each one?

If you don't mind me asking, is there a reason you don't want to sync all your 1Password data amongst all your devices? This might be a bit tricky to set up. Also, I don't think its possible with Dropbox syncing which is our recommended method of syncing. Selective sync only works for the old fashioned manual sync over local Wi-Fi (while Dropbox sync works from anywhere in the world and is automatic).

Help me understand the situation a bit better, I would love to see if what you are trying to accomplish is possible at this time.

    Thanks!
