Help Needed - Upgraded - Not Working

Hi folks.



First... love the app. Great stuff and truly appreciate all the effort. Sadly, I need some help as I'm now unable to use it.



A couple weeks back I got prompted to download the latest update. I of course did but then launched the dmg and went through the upgrade process. Unfortunately, I don't remember seeing any warnings about the process. If it did come up it was gone quickly as I'm usually pretty good about not just pushing the buttons and of course RTFM. For whatever reason... I must have missed it. From what I can see, the upgrade is complete. However, I'm unable to get 1Password working on the web.



For the rule books my environment is as follows.



Mac OS X 10.6.7

1Password Version 3.5.9 (build 30884)

Safari Version 5.0.5 (6533.21.1)

Firefox 4.0



iPad and iPhone as well but they don't appear an issue yet as I've not upgraded 1Password on either of these devices yet.



After the upgrade I was no longer seeing the 1P drop down menu within my browsers. I then found the information about making sure the app wasn't running before doing the upgrade. I have since followed the instructions about how to reinstall the browser extensions and have had no luck getting back up and running. I need some help asap. Now that I am used to using the app and can't... it's driving me mad. Guide me please so I can get back up and running asap.

I am sorry that we couldn't get to you faster, but you're so fast that you don't even need us now it sounds like. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />



    It can definitely throw a monkey wrench into the update process if you have it running at the time (browser extensions, too.) I know it's hard for me to remember this though, since I use 1Password so much and I forget that it's running all the time! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
