Can not make 1Password iPhone sync work

I know both my iPhone 1 Password 4 letter and 6 letter unlock codes.



But in trying to sync I get a "wifi connection locked use master password."



I do and the 6 letter code not recognized! See screen shot



This is weird. I have unlocked it all before.



This happens now in trying to get password data too!

    Hello, Harald, and welcome to the forums!



    That error message from 1Password Mac is presented when the mobile app is not in its unlocked state, or you're trying to setup the sync authorization the first time and you have to present your app's Master Password to use the "Allow New Connections" button. Depending on your setting you may need to take care to prevent your iPhone and/or app from going to sleep or locking until after the sync operations are completed.



    Are you also having problems with your Master Password on the iPhone when trying to view the details of saved Logins items, or only for "Allow New Connections"?



    Since the same Agile personnel that handle the support email also help in here it's best if you only submit your problem report to one or the other. Here in the forums you also get the support of our forum admins and other customers willing to help.
