autosubmit generates error

My school district subscribes to institutional Google Docs and we have a website http://saassso.mpls.k12.mn.us/ which is actually in Google's domain i expect.

With the 1Password bookmark set for manual submit it works fine but generates the following error on autosubmit:



HTTP Status 500 - Identity Provider ID is null.

type Status report

messageIdentity Provider ID is null.

descriptionThe server encountered an internal error (Identity Provider ID is null.) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.0.1



It acts like a timing issue. I am mostly just curious if there is something to learn about how things work.

Is there a workaround?

    I have a similar issue and I think it's timing too.



    I find and submit a login in Chrome, and it tells me that it's wrong, but I just do it again on the subsequent screen and it comes up.

    I am sorry about the trouble you both are having. Unfortunately, the aforelinked URL is not valid. Do either of you have a working URL I could test with? I would love resolve this for you.



    Also, please let me know which browser you are using. Rob, it sounds like you are using Chrome but if you could each let me know for certain that would help a lot as well. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
