Question about changing passwords

I just installed and setup the trial of 1password. So far I've liked what I've seen. One thing I would like to do now is go change all of my bad old passwords into strong, unique passwords.



According to [url="http://help.agile.ws/1Password/change_password.html"]this page[/url], 1password should just detect the change for me automatically. This hasn't worked so far.



What is the best way to change my existing passwords to new, strong passwords?
