exporting excel files from IE no longer works

Hello,



Recently I've installed the Trial version of 1password.



First of all... I love it.



But, now I'm thinking of buying it. But I have one problem, wich has to be solved before I do.



I regularly have to open links to an excel file in internet explorer, and than export it to my pc.

Since I installed 1Password this doesn't work anymore. When I hit the link in explorer it just freezes and I have to close it using cntrl-alt-del.



Does anyone know what causes this problem?



When I reset my computer to a point before the installation of 1password it works again.



I really have to fix this problem before buying the program because I can't have it installed and do my work at the same time...

Which ofcourse is essential for me.



I hope someone can help me out with this problem

Unfortunatly it's an intranet surrounding so I can't give you acces.

I did find out that on other sites I am able to download excel files.



The site I use exports information from a website to an excel file. That doesn't work.



I don't know exactly how that works so I can't give you anymore info.

I do know that when I uninstall 1password it all works fine again.

Without a reproducible case, I'm afraid fixing this is going to be very difficult.

Welcome to the forum, Wouter!



The need for a specific example URL is even more important because you say downloading works on some sites but not on another. We need to compare those sites to see what might be going wrong for you.



Please let us know if you can help with any example URLs, as Stefan requested.
