Suggestion TAN Number Field-Layout in Wallet
Hi,
In Germany and I guess the rest of Europe we do use TAN (TransactionNumbers) to "sign" transactions like money transfers online on our bank accounts.
These TAN Numbers are numbered from 1 to 100. Each TAN expires after use.
The TAN is in most cases 6 digits long and contains only numbers.
My "wordaround" is now to have a Note in 1Password, were I do type in all my TANs. After use (copy&paste) I write "used" behind it to mark it as used.
What I would love to see:
In my 1Password wallet an new preset for TAN-Numnber. Then 6 digits fields and behind the field a checkbox, when the TAN is used.
This should be quite simple to impliment.
Thanks for listening!

Thank you for the input, Georg. This was discussed in the Windows forum, recently, and folks were saying that banks are now beginning to stop sending such lists, instead sending an SMS with the TAN at the time of use. If sending lists is an approach that is going away soon, the secure note workaround you use may be the best option for now.Flag 0
