Suggestion: password generator pronounceable with capital letters
Good afternoon.
I use 1Password for everything and the Strong Password Generator is the function I love the most. I always use the Pronounceable advanced option to generate the password because some times I have to remember that password and this option makes it easier.
What I would really enjoy is that that pronounceable generated password includes some capital and some small letters; same as when selecting Random password. Do you think that could be a good idea or I'm just writing some silly thing?
Thanks. Bye.

Welcome to the forums, Cristian!
I don't think you are silly at all. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
The question, though, is what would be the utility of having mixed case in a password that by definition is supposed to be easy to remember? Maybe others have a better memory than I do, but it's hard enough to remember a "memorable" password let alone which characters are supposed to be which case.
I would be interested to know if others in the forums would find this useful. My gut says pronounceable passwords are not the place for mixed case, but perhaps others feel differently.
Thanks for asking about this.Flag 0
