    Disabling that option on a Credit Card item prevents the item from being listed on the Credit Cards tab in the 1Password extensions for Firefox and Internet Explorer.



    It appears to be nonfunctional in the 1Password extension for Chrome—the Credit Card item is listed, regardless of whether the option is enabled. I'll mention that to the Chrome extension developers.
