Address field continues to flash on iPad

I have only recently started using 1Password on my iPad. Been using on an iPhone for a while. I have noticed that on the iPad, after going into 1Password and using the link and browser built into 1Password to access a website, the site appears to open normally, however once the page is loaded, the address bar all of a sudden changes to read 'about:blank' and the address area starts flashing back and forth between white and gray. This will continue as long as I am on that page. I can get the flashing to stop by putting the cursor into the address area.

I don't know if this is occurring on iPhones but just can be seen because the address bar is not visible like on the iPad.

This does not occur when loading the same pages with Mobile Safari, only when using the browser built into 1Password.

Anyone else seeing this behavior? <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I am using 1Password Pro 3.5.9

Regards,

John

Never mind! I stumbled across a post about 'Logins not working on iPad 2'. Although I was not having 'login' problems, that other thread also mentioned the flashing address bar.

I followed the advice there to 'Restart' my iPad and that seems to have resolved the problems.

    John,

Glad you found the other discussion mentioning the "Restart" solution.

For others reading this thread, I had the same problem and was able to "fix" it by closing and restarting the 1P Pro app. I haven't had a second opportunity to try the close/restart method, but give it a try if you experience a similar situation. I'd love to know if it works for anyone else.
